Schedules can be created as a company wide standard or for each user:
There are two types of user schedules:
Monitoring Schedule
This feature can be used to manage when the user can be monitored by the system.
The monitoring can be set to a particular work schedule or continuous monitoring.
Personal Schedule
This feature can be used to schedule a user’s appointments or job schedule for a given day, or for the entire week, or for the entire year.
If a location is associated with a schedule, the system will verify that the user is at the appointed location for the required duration.
This feature is ideal for a sales team member or for an employer who has workers that are out in the field to ensure that their assigned jobs are being completed according to the master schedule and on time by the required resource.
