NORTH SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A North Syracuse school district bus driver accused of driving students while she was under the influence of alcohol admitted to drinking vodka and beer the night before she was charged, according to court records. However, two tests showed she had 0.00 percent alcohol in her system, according records filed in Clay Town Court and the prosecutor.
